This is bizarre. Way back on April 7th, Charlie started this thread. Almost three months later, we still don't know who's making the new kit. I can think of three possibilities.

a) this company has the Worst Marketing Ever.
b) this company is actually Lotus USA, and Charlie is tuning the 2009 Elise.
c) this company doesn't exist, and Charlie was just kidding about the whole thing.

Any more conspiracy theories out there?

I want option B, lol... because as Charlie promises, it comes with intercooler, and with Lotus USA backing, it will come with manufacturer warranty...

This kit does exist, it is not made up, I have seen some of the parts(though I think they were the prototypes). It is not up to charlie to release that info. He mearly did the tuning for the company designing the kit. It is up to them to release the info when they want.

It is the new Lotus Stage III upgrade which includes the Lotus Cold Air Intake, Lotus Stage III Header, Lotus Stage III Exhaust, Lotus Super Sport ECU.

But in all honesty, I would rather wait for the kit to be release later but reliable, than release ASAP but have problems. You do not want end customers to be your beta testers, so I am patiently waiting...

Some more info would be great for this option also. Question about the ecu and it's "relearning" issues how was that addressed. Also what are final A/F ratios.

i talked to them today, they're ready to launch it seems, they made changes based on feedback from test fit, and needed a gasket from toyota who took forever to deliver.

the reason they're reputable is because rather than launch it and then fix problems on customer cars, they're changing it before it gets to market.

Probably not. We don't even have the final name of the company selling the kit.

Good answer. Too bad more companies don't do this.
