$1,595 for the complete kit includes the Tilton pressure plate, double-disc arrangement, and Aluminum flywheel. The total package weighs 13 lbs w/ bolts.

do the clutch stuff first.. doing that will require removal of 3 mounts..

Kris

That's a bargain since it comes with a flywheel.

I agree I'll do clutch before the mounts. I removed the clam for the TVS and access to all the mounts is much improved. Which of the three mounts need to be removed for the clutch.

Wooohoo, finally!!

Aaah, nice solid vibration free camera mount. How do you like the shocks/springs?

No heal/toe rev matching? Can't hear the SC at all, just nice exhaust sound, excellent!!

Thanks for posting Phil, excellent work on the Video sir.

Walls? what walls? I'm going to have to rewatch that video. Was too focused on listening for the TVS... hahahaha.. If you want walls, come drive Laguna Seca or Infineon Raceway in California... those have walls and ditches as you are going downhill fast... not fun if you hit one....

Plenty of walls- and many are in just the right spot to ruin your car in an off... In fact, there was an UBER NICE twin turbo'ed 350Z there yesterday. This guy had rediculous dollars in the car. He found a wall... He's OK, but to put it simply, it won't buff out

The thing about the walls is that it forces you to real in a bit and real focus on technique. There's no hanging it waaaay out, because 7 of 10 times when you have an off, it ends up being a totalled car... Short of the walls, Heartland is a fun track. The road finish is good. The congifuration is pretty challenging from what I'm told by guys that drive regionally. I only go to one other track and it's flat as pancake-- but has no walls, so

I'm in the process of relearning to drive in that vid. The whole car is setup totally differently now. New Shocks and Camber take a bit of driving to really get used to and find the new threshold, as you can imagine...

If anything, I was hoping the vid would help show the smoothness of the power as well as help explain the sound. The main noise you hear is engine, not blower. The opposite is true on the 62 of course... The car is obviously very smooth in the sweepers while feathering

Back to the track tomorrow

Phil

Ouch!

My buddy was just up at Spokane last friday/sat and a contractor got killed when a G35 driver lost control. Apparently the Spokane (WA) track is a pretty crazy track to get to, where you have to drive across the track to get to the track???? During the days activity they had contractors (not corner workers) running back and forth across the track -- now that's just insane IMHO. Needless to say it wasn't the best of weekends for my buddy nor anyone working there.

I'd say body roll is WAY WAY less with the new springs/shocks.

Guess I better put down TVS and Nitron GT3s in my "to buy" list.
