Another bad towing idea...

Sorry to be lumping in another video, but this is pretty shocking. A heavily modded WRX is being towed behind a SUV when the steering wheel locks...

That would be pretty frightning to be in. I wonder what happened, was the key not in the ON position, or did the wheel just lock for another reason.
