FS 1993 MR2 NA
My beloved MR2 is going up for sale shortly. It's a wonderful autocross car and fun on the street, too. Current inspection sticker through next July (just inspected), I just had the transmission rebuilt for $2,000. In the last two years I've completely rebuilt the front suspension-ball joints, wheel bearings, and tierods/end. The A/C was rebuilt, too, as well as a new timing belt, alternator, rear shocks and battery. I have multiple sets of wheels for it, as well as tires. The shocks are Koni single adjustables, and it has an ST swaybar. If you wanted to use the car for autocrossing, well it's cheap, Nationally-competitive fun! It trophied at every tour and Pro Solo event it played in this year. I'm backing off my solo schedule next year and driving a car with a friend, so this car needs a new home.
If you just wanted it for the street, it's ready to do that too! Negatives-the paint is 16 years old and it shows. The car is fine, but could use new paint to really make it shine. The driver's side seat is torn on the side from the ins and outs. I have a spare seat, same fabric, that I was going to swap out. That's included if you wanted it. The front splitter has a tiny crack in it. It ain't perfect, but it is a well-maintained superb example of a NA 2nd gen MR2. Oh, it has a sunroof, too. Asking $6200.
