It took several months of work Posting all of them at once would be just no fun
Actually after I have finished headlights I havent touched car for several months . job , renovations at home .... and its defenately no fun working in garage with fiberglass in the middle of summer .It does get pretty hot in Atlanta .
when I have widened the clam and tried to reuse original parts it made front more flat it also created larger gap between tire and fender ( looking from side ). Since I decided to make a front spoiler for it front had to as round as possible to create even airflow and more downforse. Originally made about 2 x22 inch opening under radiator opening in the middle for front brake cooling , but had to abort that idea . The aluminum spoiler had to have several brackets in the middle to make it as rigid as posible . Basicaly I had to cut both sides off and comeplettely redo them .
took a while to come up with something that looked good visualy was strong and aerodinamic
pictures will say more than trying to explain it . These are about 3 months old

On modified clam the front fenders were overlaping the door. So door part at henge had to be as narrow as possible The frame part of damaged doors were in desent condition , so made door frame more narrow in front and wrapped it with aluminum also sealed top part there will be no windows anyways . Its not completely finished but enough to get necesary opening points You can see in this picture

My fist bodywork experience was when I was 14 Wanted to fix large door ding on my fathers car . Took me 2 days
You have to start with something small . If you learn basics its all about having right tools and patience . but to pull something like this it takes more just know how you have to have some imagination . I have never worked in bodyshop or any garage . Its more of a hobby than anything else ........
next step was hard decision to make . At this point rear clam was all structually fixed and bodywork completed . And thats what was left after about 30 min of measuring and cutting .

I have lowered the edge by about 2" and made it wider 1.5" That has dramaticaly changed the rear fender angle . Also created opening near rear taillights for air to escape , that will help to lower the drag . Thats 245/40/17 tire just for rough fitment .
