I see there are few people interested in this
some more pictures of rear clam after the resin and some bodywork. also decided to smooth out the body line that goes behind rear wheel .

Here is the opening near the taillights It will create more airflow from engine bay . Will be covered by aluminum mesh .

It would have been too simple if the bottom part of fenders would have fit without any modifications . The curve at the door was good but side at the wheel had diferent angle and the gap between wheel and fender was uneven .It has to be redone, but its enought to give general idea of how its going to look like . Top section of the door needs to be finished which basicaly will complete the overall bodylines of the car . And then the most dificult part make them exactly the same on the other side ....

the top section of the door . The only way to open it will be from inside .
At this point Im getting tired ,not from work but from mess . Id clean garage every week but couple days later ... There was so much dust from fiberglass and filler its unreal .

this is insane, i mean it would have been a lot easier to replace all the clams with new, wider, and lighter aftermarket stuff

but i guess we will have to see the finished product

Im not sure exactly ,I have removed and sold both heater and fan motor a while ago . As far as I remember the whole asembly was around 10 lbs . On top of that you save a bit on all hoses pump and fluid . It goes through separate lines and pumps straight from engine head .
