Comparison Racing Seats Exige/Elise

I am in the market to upgrade my track prepared Exige stock seat with a Hans compatible more constraining racing seat. I am interested in hearing from those that have the experience to know all the seat options that might work for a 6 ft tall 200 lb 36" waist person. Your input is appreciated.

I have tried the Corbeau Le-Pro seats and Technocraft T3 Kevlar/CF.

Technocraft: No idea if Hans compatible. My seat had no bottom padding so after even 30 mins of driving, my butt was getting sore. With your size, I think that the seat will hold you well. Not really for a 32 waist like me. Also, the bare surface is a bit slippery compared to leather or fabric. It's a good seat at only 6 lbs.

Corbeau: Perfect seat for smaller waist like 32-34 and very comfortable for the streets too. Better support and comfort than stock Elise seats. It weighs considerably more, the same as the stock seat. My personal favorite. No idea if Hans compatible.

Both seats can support a 6pt harness.

Hope this helps.

Sparco Evo seat

Appreciate your thoughts. I have the ability to purchase a Sparco Evo for $400 used and in good shape (new fabric). Any concerns from those who have used this brand? I wasn't looking to spend $thousands.

Pretty sure that you will have to change the rails for this seat...
