Lotus Exige Cup 260 to make rally debut at Targa Tasmania

Later this month the new Lotus Exige Cup 260 will finally get a chance to stretch its racing legs at the Targa Tasmania.

A challenging rally over asphalt roads, the Targa Tasmania covers over 2000km (1242 miles) and takes place over six days. 300 entrants from all over the world are expected.

At the helm of the Lotus will be Sydney motoring journalist Dean Evans with Simone Bachmann as navigator.

The only modification to the otherwise stock Lotus Exige Cup 260 is a roll cage fitted by Lotus Sport.
