Lotus Exige/Elise gearbox oil

It looks like there are many advocates of Red Line MT-90 around the board. Is there any experince available with Royal Purple as an alternative?

I use royal purple here. Bit smoother shifting thats about it. Meets all Lotus specs for approved oils. Side note the royal purple 5w-40 engine oil is SM/CF rated and also meets euro spec ACEA A3 warranty requirements.
