You are better off with a DOT approved 4 point harness. As far as fitment goes, I have a 38" waist which has nearly NO bearing on weather a seat fits. The measurement that counts is the widest part of your hips. Standing with my feet 8 inches apart my hips are 44" measured around. The seat fits me snugly and comfortably. If you are smaller than I, you will be SUPER comfortable. Best seat I ever sat in.

Comfort like pain is subjective. Ergonomics posture is everything in this case, not brand or reputation. What works for one may not work for another.
Some swear by Recaro, others prefer Sparco, while some will only choose a Bride. The options are there, go out and find one that you body feels best in. Don't buy one because, "it's the same seat used in an Enzo" or "the CUP car has this one". |
