Can any identify this? Is it a genuine Lotus?
Or Is it one of those Audi powered Esthi?

As far as I can recall there was only ever one Esthi produced and bright yellow. Also modelled on an S2 and looks "weird" with extra vernts and ducts.

The Lotus Esthi is a Lotus approved variant.
