New addition to the fleet. Looking for info on the plastic shroud for the fans. This car's one is cracked and broken. Also need one new fan.

The plastic fan shrouds are problematic, breakage is common. I repaired mine by "stitching" the cracks together and re-glassing over the repairs. I did this four years ago and it is holding up well (recently pulled the rad again for a recore so I got to look at my repair up close).

One Esprit owner has made his own new custom shroud (for Spal cooling fans, with metal mounts connected to the radiator frame, rather than just plastic). How much time do you want to invest?

The Ford-sourced motors can be disassembled and repaired. All three fans should spin equally free...
