Anyone have experience with v8 steel rods?
Hello, i am planning my v8 rebuild, and i was thinking of going with steel rods. Is anyone running them, or know of good or bad feedback?
Thanks, Michael |

lol, did not notice it was in the Esprit section. Was just browsing new posts.
If forged H beam connecting rods worked in a stroked blown SBC, I don't see why they wouldn't work in an Esprit, as long as someone makes them and you do a balance on the reciprocating assembly. They handled a few horsepower. You could check with Hypersport Engineering in Buford GA. They do quite a bit of work with the Esprits. |
