Did you ever get the new set of wheels?

I spent about 6 months looking for a really unique set of wheels. I went with Boze Alloys - Custom billet wheels and forged wheels

I wanted to get a aggressive and modern look. My wheels are 3piece and actually save about 8 lbs over the Futuras I have. I went with 19's in the front and 20"s in the rear. I've had them for a year and a half and they are great.

Take care,
Jason

I like those. Like the white too!!

I did actually. I have been SO busy with work and work travel that I haven't been on here in two months or so. Ended up with a set of Saturns. Best thing I could have done. Love them on the car. Although the pics don't show it, they actually do have quite an offset which still gives them the aggressive look. In addition, the inner spoke portion is MUCH larger than on the Futuras (a feature the Novas also sharre) so it gives them an even larger look. Everyone thought I had upgraded in wheel size.

More pics to come from my weekend in Monterey, but here is one shot..........

Avarus Wheels

One of our club members just fitted a set of 18/19" Avarus wheels onto his 90 SE.

I think they look pretty good! (They look modular, but they are one piece)

Best part is, they wouldn't make him just one set so he bought two, and is selling the other unused set! ($350 a wheel, not bad)

PM me for contact info...the owner is on Long Island (near NYC)

I have HRE 19 X10 and 18 x 8 on mine. They look nice to me but if I was to do it all over again, I would choose CCW Classics in the stock size for s4s. Reason being, these cars suffer alot when you put a very heavy wheel. I would even consider putting 16's like the x180r. The car is slower off the line with the larger wheels and I can feel the difference. I would not do anything larger than 18 for the front and 19 for the rear. I just starts looking like a farm tractor and the braking is all wrong due the stiffness of the wheel. Just my opinion.

Chris (espritonhres) sells wheels so I don't think anyone would object to his input here! He would know all the specs (weight, offset, etc).

Thanx carbuff, haha ill help the best I can. I will tell you guys one thing esprits really do have great offsets for wheel builders. The older esprits are different, but still very nice setups. I am actually running the stock oz specs on my wheels but backwards haha.

Hi there,

i have 3 set`s of wheels for my Esprit.
The original AWI`s, a set of BBS Le Mans and the set you can see in the pics.
Ironicaly i always wanted the OZ Futura`s for my car, but it was not possible
to get them here in Austria. So i decided to go a completely different way.

cheers.
