Yeah, but for a car they only imported a hundred of that year what you're doing might be considered blasphemy.

I'd customize the hell out of a Porsche, Subaru or a Honda because they're like cockroaches and I can certainly understand wanting to stand out of the crowd - but the Esprit? I see Esprits, very, very, very rarely. I've seen more Veyrons on the road than Esprits in L.A. so I'd say the chances of 'Joe' around the corner having one are pretty slim...

I personally love those lights... at least he didnt do what they do in japan to lamborghini countach or diablos... actually cut new vents in the body and fiberglass in new HUGE diffusers and wheel arches and wings etc, and then slap massive awful colored vinyl stickers over everything... now THAT is blasphemy! all thats going on here is playing mix and match with lotus made parts!

man, I think what you did to your car is great. Did I mention YOUR car? YOUR MONEY? Do wutcha like...yeah and who the heck wants to be like Joe the plumber around the corner-lol! I'm sure THEREDMENACE'S car looks good the way he has it too. Good job on the car, did you do anything with the headlights? I'm looking to just replace mine with newer ones, I'm not wanting to HID them up, just make them look crisp white. I saw somewhere someone had a clear like lense on the low/high beam??? Where do I get one on those?

I agree. You should have kept your car stock. Stock cars always look better. Why someone would change their Esprit around is beyond me.......

Unless, of course, you wanted to take your Esprit from 1/187 to just 1/1.

eBay Motors: Hella 5 3/4" Round H1 H4 Headlamp Set H5001 H5006 EURO (item 360100447530 end time Nov-01-08 08:35:40 PDT)

get this kit then go out and get some white bulbs...they still are far from HID's but way better than stock.

very nice!
Next you should replace the License plate bulbs and reverse bulbs with LEDS.
They really complement the taillights nicely.

be sure to get pure white leds only, most "white" leds have a hint of blue
