My turn! Car is finally back from the body shop after getting a respray. I added some G-car vinyl and the FE transom emblem along with the Wise Square Redline taillights. I deleted the rear spoiler for a cleaner look but added a front lip to balance the drag at higher speeds. I had the S4 wheels refinished in gold to complete the Gold Leaf look even though my plate references JPS (Gold Leaf was already taken). I know the car might not be to everyone's taste but it came out the way I envisioned her a year and a half ago.

ebay! AE86 Corolla lights with redline top and clear/chrome bottoms. I taped off the red and smoked the bottoms for a unique look compared to the all smoked units they also sell on ebay.

The light and Iphone make the rims look green but I promise they're gold! I particularly like the Gold Leaf sticker on the rocker panels, perfect spot.

Eddie,
Where is Dan Tosh putting 20 seconds on the clock for remarks on that picture? #1. The bulge is so big but the package is so small... Great photo. Someday I'm getting down to Essex Ct. to the train station where they shot the 1974 Triumph Spitfire Brochure. Just happens to be the same as my '74 Spit ![]() Happy Holidays |

![]() Did you relocate the 3rd brake light? My 88 has it lined up with the glass edge but your light is much further back. And your plinth appears to be 'ridgeless'? Who makes that part? Or did you customize it?

The plinth came with the car when I bought it. It's an aftermarket unit like the S4 plinth but without the recess for the Lotus emblem. I trimmed the edges to work with the new taillights and Plasti-dipped it to black from red.

Engine looks super sweet.
Do you get a lot of glare off that light colored binnacle?

Beautiful car. Those early ones seem to get better looking with time. Also like the photography.
