Also, a lot of SCCA racers suck, many are just overly aggressive and us "track day guys" don't want our expensive street cars near some of them.
You (jeff) are the only one creating some "race" between me and the S1 Exige, I'm sure he is quite fast & I look foward to meeting and running with him on the track and creating a little pre-run play. How about you come over and load both my cars & fuel then you drive 4 hrs. to the track while I sleep ok?
Have you ever seen me drive? Diden't think so. You think I like streights? Obviously you don't know me. Why don't you take a look at the cars I own - you see any drag racers? You can read, right?
Also, some of us have other things to do rather than squander all our money racing. Does that mean we are bad or lesser drivers? Don't make your accusations without knowledge or experiance like you also do about the Esprit (without any first hand knowledge)
To everyone else here, jeff simply does not like the V8 Esprit for whatever reason. My Esprit is very fast (yes, braking & turning too) and I can drive it very well. Am I the best driver on earth? No. But I am smooth, fast & safe! Afraid? That is simply the words of a jealous fool who has never even seen me. I am looking foward to finding some good track time and meeting & with all you guys (win, loose or draw!)

All that goes for you too fish, But who is "racing" here? I am doing a "trackday" and I simply said that my Esprit is fast & won't blow up like a lot of you have said.
You guys started talking all the "smack" that: you have never seen a fast Esprit on the track and it will oil the front streight and it will blow so big it will register at Norad and so on... I just joined the playfullness. But when given enouph smack like you all KNOW I will be slow - It gets annoying when no one here knows me! Then to say "I talk big" & "I am afraid" that is going too far.
I will be on a track near you - then talk, not before!

Dude, you need to chill. You've had 7-8 guys on here try to have (initially) a civil discussion with you about running too much boost on your car. You react sometimes friendly, sometimes with a serious discussion, and sometimes you just go off the deep end.

BTW, I dont know anything about an Esprit, I was just laughing at your pissing match I saw when you lost it on jeff earlier for saying "have fun with your cars"

Yes, I cannot spell!! Did not want to bring you into anything fish, just needed to respond to the "big talker thing" other than that, I hope you enjoy the "pissing" here.
But I will not tolerate jeff's constant acusations about me and my car. I did not ask for anyone's advise about the boost that I run jeff - I simply posted what I have done with my cars for others to know . I also never said that it was safe, in fact I gave exact specifics on what I've done and what my results are. This was for other Esprit owner's knowledge, that's it.
Only after that was I told that basically "I was a fool & giving bad advise" well, I guess that is what I get for trying to be helpfull.
So... If nobody wants a real fast Esprit then, I'll just go back to having fun with my cars!!! Just don't try to insult a person you know nothing about jeff
