I posted a short new member intro in the general forum but suffice it to say that I'm really interested in the Elan M100 and am seriously considering looking for and purchasing one.

But before I go down that road I'd like to learn all I can about them - good and bad (and yes, I'm reading everything I can on the LEC forums).

Mostly though I'd love to meet any Elan owners here in Colorado, see and discuss their cars with them. Learn about their experiences...

And I want to join the Lotus club here (if you're a member drop me a line).

the m100's are great, reliable , fun to drive, cheap to pick up, there were a bunch at log recently too. I'm sure there were a couple of CO owners there too.

LEC is definetely the best place to be though.

John, you might want to stop by the Colorado Conclave in September, see http://www.thecoloradoconclave.com/ for more information. There's likely to be some M100s there you can talk to.

Thanks for the info Matt. I've signed up for the Yahoo group a few days ago but I'm in a "pending" state waiting for the moderator to approve me.

As for the conclave event - rats. We'll be out of town that weekend in Grand Junction for the WineFest.

But keep the info coming and if steer some Elan folks my way.
