imho, while the masonry parts are expensive, they are worth the price. the gte setup looks killer.

I just did a few interior upgrades to my MY11 Evora: MY 13 steering wheel, interior door pulls and the door sills with the stainless, Lotus/Union Jack emblazoned scuff plate. Significant enhancement of the cabin.

Where did you get the union jack scuff plates? Looking online they looked to be about $250 per side

how easy was it to change out the door sills? I noticed that the rubber door seal is different on the MY12/13 models.

Just had a look through the site good find thanks its cheap the complete exhaust system looks like they have taken the headers away from the clutch and oil lines that the Komo-tec is too close to may be worth swapping over at only 1280 euros ex vat

I bought the door handles. The quality was poor and there is no way to mount it unless you use double side tape which is so cheesy and cheap and it's really not a permanent solution.

The seal and the door structure are both different. Adapting the sill required having a custom filler made (for cosmetic purposes), which wasn't all that troubling. It does look quite nice.
