I just told them I was interested and they let me in! I sat in the BO Exige and thought, man, this thing is sweet! I still have Brandon Levine's business card from L of BH. Is that a collector's item?

Can't WAIT until the show!!!

Sigh. Looks like I'll have to bring my Elise's bill of sale since I sold my Elise. They should let prospective Lotus buyers behind the ropes, right?

Go to the premiere night. Most, if not all of the exotics are accessible and there are very few crowds. It's $150 per person, but in my opinion it is well worth not having to deal with the hordes of people.

yeah, just show your keys or just tell them you're an owner. It also helps if you recognize the Lotus peeps. Every year I go I see Dave Simkin, so no probs for me. I hope he's there this year, haven't seen him in a long while.

Yes and no.

Yes, if we have preferred, secured parking for our group.
No, if we DON'T have preferred, secured parking for our group.

If we park a Lotus in that area, kiss good bye to your Lotus

I just came back from Paris. Sat in the new Exige Cup 2009, what a car! I love it! Absolutely stunning interior, and it weighs less than 900 kg!

What? Hardly. You're car is not going to magically disappear nor is it going to be the most exotic car driving there. There are plenty of Lotus owners in the area you know. Think much of downtown?

The last two years, I've gone to the premiere night and they've had valet parking. I had no problems valeting, and there were plenty of other "exotics" valeted there as well.

I also just looked at the floor map. It looks like Lotus is switching its position (from last year) with Spyker in order to get a bigger piece of floor space.
