49,875 GBP comes out to about $70,000. Not sure if that includes VAT taxes. Anyone have idea on U.S. pricing?

So, if my math is correct, then the UK price without VAT would be $42,393 GBP which would be $59,549 - comparably priced to the Cayman S.

The base price on the 2 seater minus vat brings the US price in at $56k. At that price, the Evora will sell like hot cakes.

I was initially a bit put off with the specs: 280hp, close to 3,000lbs, and "around 5 second range" for $70,000. I my mind that's close to Carrera territory for Boxster performance. But at $56K - $60K base price, I'm definitely interested!

If you'd rather have a GTR, than a Lotus is not for you. Different driving experience all together.
