slightly off topic, but...

I find it amusing how someone will post a thread on here of some news or a scoop and it seems, almost inevitably, we get these redundant duplicate threads by the 'administrator' on the home page.

In this instance, The Viper posts this news here and this afternoon, this thread is upstaged by a senseless repost of the very same subject matter that is already being discussed.
Lotus Builds ‘Type 124' Racing Edition of New Evora Model

You would think that whoever posted the topic first would take precedent and any subsequent posts on the same topic would be called out or merged into the original/first thread.

And if the point is to bring attention on the homepage to news, then just post the original thread...

...PS stands for pferdestärke (german for horse strength) and indicates metric horsepower...it's roughly equivalent to our customary mechanical horsepower, but you can multiply by .986 to be more precise, 394.5 HP...
