Man, I'll still wait (if I can) for the blown variant, but it's growing on me again (I yanked my deposit after reading the initial specs)...

I knew there was a reason I sold my Elise (money!). Hopefully, the restaurants will be doing well, I really, REALLY, want this car.

August Automobile mag - cover story on the Evora....decent review..."Body control is stellar, rattles are nonexistent, and steering is little compromised by the Evora's sissified mission"
![]() as much as I want the car to succeed I just dont see them luring too many Porsche customers unless they improve their dealer/service network ![]()

I think they've done a terrific job at it honestly, and I'll likely end up grabbing one instead of a baby Aston (Vantage V8) once they become available... even though the Aston is clearly the more refined/better car. I hope by the time they release a SC model they've ironed out some of the kinks though - this car has great potential! |

My wife sold her Elise California and looks forward to purchasing the Evora. However, she's waiting for the 2011 Evora Convertable without the rear seats... It should be a slick looking car with the top down...

Waiting for boost after getting addicted to the sound and feel of an SC there's no turning back. Might just have to get one still and take the giant hit cause I just can't resist.
