Hi Captain:
I have a 2010 with all options but in 2010 could not get heated seats. I do love having all the options, the back up camera is great, I find that I back into most parking areas so I dont bump into anything. You can't see the nose of the car so you need to guess, I find I alway park to far away from things if I pull in. As far as the arm rest goes, its great and I bet once you buy an Evora you will want to drive it on longer trips, this is where you will really like the arm rest. Unless you plan on racing your new car the little added weight from the options won't be enough that you will notice. These cars are really rare and you just don't see them on the road so be prepared for lots and lots of looks Have fun shopping |

Thanks Orcas. Oh I'll be used to the attention......good and bad. My CO Elise that was always kept super clean got PLENTY of attention. These are definitely not cars for people that can't handle the comments, attention, questions, and picture takers.
I'll have the armrest and heated seats in mine as I ordered the Teck Pack and Premium Pack Sport. Who knows. Maybe I'll really like them. Even though I don't plan on driving it in the winter, I'm sure there will be some cool fall nights where they'll come in handy.

I had the same impression. An icehockey puck stuck under the the armrest hinge solved the problem...

armrest is perfect for me-hard but in a good spot. BUT ordering the armrest is almost worth it just to see the beautiful polished billet aluminum piece that Lotus designed just to hold the ****er...it's huge and gorgeous! things like that, and the rear hatch hinges, are why I love the effort Lotus puts into the tiny things..
