Just noticed a post on the Evora forum that I htought might be of interest to you guys in So Cal.

Sneak preview of the Evora to So Cal Lotus owners - Evora Forum

"Lotus are putting on a private preview and presentation of the Evora for a select few Southern California Lotus owners. This special event precedes the official North American Premiere of the Lotus Evora at the L.A. Auto Show on Thursday, November 21. If you want to be one of the first to see the Evora in the USA add your name to this thread and I'll pass on more details later this week (venue will be in South OC) on November 16, 2008 - Sunday Afternoon".

The Evora will be at the L.A. Auto Show preview on Nov. 20th and throughout the show.

Get tickets for it at their website...

Would love to go (emailed my Lotus dealer to be put on the "to buy" list when it was unveiled) but unfortunately don't want to join another forum just to get on the list

Is filling out a registration form is a lot to ask to get a sneak preview of the car!?

I travelled hundreds of miles, took time off work and made a few more sacrifices to see it then ended up going to the motorshow to see it more for the next 4 days, it's so nice to look at! I've also travelled over 100 miles to just to get the chance to sit in it.

The registration form takes less than a minute to fill out. I'll delete your account once you've been to see the car if you like too?

I'm only trying to help.

Well, I understand that the Evora will be going to Lotus Newport Beach and then Lotus Thousand Oaks after the car show...
