Question ecu open-loop mode

When in open-loop mode, does the ecu target its a/f biased on the last short term fuel trim? If not, what?

Charliex, do you know.... ? I asked that guy 'Charlie' on MM if he had the answer, but he apparently didn't.

I'd imagine it's a predetermined a/f rate based on what the ecu has 'learned'.

That is specifically what I'm trying to identify. Some ecus use stft and ltft to do that. I'm trying to understand the mechanism in the elise.
