Exhaust and ECU

I'm thinking about getting the Top Speed Pro1 Exhaust. Later, when my warranty runs out, I'm considering an ECU tune. I was wondering if anyone with ECU tuning experience (CharlieX?) could tell me if I'll be able to get a tune to this exhaust, or if it requires that the tuner be sitting in my car (versus a more popular exhaust set up that may have already been programmed). Maybe it doesn't matter , I just don't have the knowledge or experience.

Thanks,
Will
