Gotham ECU

If I am going to do a Gotham conversion and want to have an extra "stock" ECU, which one do I need? Part number?

There's someone parting out a wrecked Elise in this forum. You might check with him.

Isnt that a 2005 ECU? I dont think it will work with a drive by wire car.

The '05 ecu will not work in a DBW car.

Besides, the ecu mentioned is no longer for sale, it's mine.

Charlie,

For the uninformed, where does one buy an A129E6003F and what can one expect to pay? Since it's "any 2006 T4E", I'm assuming it's not strictly a dealer part. I'm not looking for a price quote or anything, I just have no clue whether these things cost $50 or $5000 or where to even find out. TIA.

i believe list is around 800-1100

it is a dealer part, those are the P/N's

However ECU's are in close demand what with all these dealers randomly swapping them when they can't figure out whats going on. The 05's are even tougher to get though.

what's the difference between the 2 ECUs? Only programming?

** save ~10 lbs gain 1 hp ** EQ: Y=(190*X) / (1984-X) where Y is (HP) and X is (lbs)
