For the 1st time ever my Gotham tune stalled at idle last week! Might have been AC related as I had just parked and turned the AC off before I shut the car down.

dashdaq

Do I have to install a wideband o2 sensor to accurately read A/F readings with the dashdaq or is the output from the odb II good enough?

I am a newb to monitoring my car and just personally installed a supercharger. I have been reading about this product, but don't know the answers to the above questions.

the obd II doesn't read wideband, and if it did its not fast enough.

i'd just get a standalone wideband like the aem

I'm in the process of moving from the 17th to around the 30th depending on when the house is ready, so rather than have ecus lying around and getting caught up in the chaos, i'm calling it a vacation of sorts and closing shop during that period.

old address is still valid til the end of the month (if its delivered before then, not after)

cheers!

Charlie,

Will you do a reflash for a BWR supercharger?

Fzust confirmed the BWR runs the same pulley size as the Katana... should be compatible

BWR have contacted me about doing something with them, but so far nothings been agreed upon, i have reflashed a few of the cars in the past, but since i've never had one on the dyno they were offered 'as-is', so i have no plans to offer them as part of my regular stable at the moment, i've mainly been doing the ones they can't currently do, which is so far (to the best of my knowledge as of last time i found out) non USA cars, and later reflash 06/07/08 models especially those with the DBW issues, from B and C revisions onwards.

if the manifold is a direct copy of the greddy one, then its probably ok, fred had mentioned something in the past about a different setup for a belt or something, and that the manifold had been specifically deisgned for the elise, altering the manifold does affect the tune,

Apparently the manifold is virtually identical the Greddy one...

Manifolds are near identical, pulley is the same.

Charlie- you need to do the flashes for that GB

Best,

P

Charliex, I have a 03.5 Esprit, is it possible for you to flash my ecu with the Johan's Red Race Map? Will you be in SoCal/L.A. area anytime soon? Please get back to me via private message or at email: lotuskid@live.com

Thanks, J
