CF Exige parts :Cheaper than Ebay: PRICES REDUCED

Hey everyone,

This is a one time offer on some carbon fiber Exige parts. The long and the short of it is that i usually only deal with nissan parts, but one of my suppliers that i've been dealing with for years is overstocked on some CF Exige bits and i'm going to help him move some of them by posting here.

All of these parts are available on Ebay, but i am going to offer them at significantly reduced pricing to Lotus Talk guys.

Also, let me state that this stuff is not to be compared to some of the incedible craftsmenship that i see in other threads on here. Admittedly, this stuff is semi-ricer grade... but as you can see from the pics, they do the trick and this is an exceptional offer on these pieces.

There are 4 items available: CF Lip / Splitter, CF Wing, CF Mirror Covers and CF Side Scoops...

PRICING:

Lip: $350 SHIPPED (Ebay's for about $442 shipped so this is 21% cheaper than ebay)
Wing: $550 SHIPPED (Ebay's for about $840 shipped = 35% cheaper than ebay)
Side Scoops: $325 SHIPPED (Ebay for $425 shipped = 24% cheaper than ebay)
Mirror covers: $160 SHIPPED (Ebay for $200 shipped = 20% cheaper than ebay)

All payments will be through paypal, i am a verified paypal user... bing@bings.ca is the address. please add 4% for transaction fees. If your desired shipping address differs from that in paypal please communicate it to me in a way where there is no confusion.

All items will be shipped from Texas. The drop shipper is a Ebay Power Seller.. these ebay prices are based of his auctions here: eBay Store ? delubozparts: Search results for exige.

---
I've already had some pieces dropped shipped to Newman who installed the CF mirror covers and the CF sides scoops on his 07 S240.

pics:

for images of the wing and splitter i would use the ebay store. However, Newman did receive a wing and lip that are virtually identical to these pieces when he bought the car. I've spoken to the previous owner but we cannot confirm the origin of the parts and i want to be clear about that. However, i would put money on it that they are the same so here are some pics of those on Newman's car:

and a couple ebay pics to round it out:

--

Now... i do not have personal hands on experience with these parts so please do not expect me to field technical or install questions about them.

Newman has commented that the fit on the lip and wing were "so-so" and that the fit on the mirror covers and side scoops were a bit better than that i think..

his thread is here: I'm back...

As for the quality of the craftsmenship... you shouldnt have to ask questions like that at this stage in the game and at these prices... if you want the best there is then this is probably not your thread... however, this stuff will do the trick and this is likely the cheapest you'll see it for some time, if not ever.

Feel free to e-mail me at bing@bings.ca or i can answer any questions in this thread.

Quantities are limited of course but i do not know the piece counts. I will report on that if this thread is successful and reducing inventories.

I have these side scoops and wing. (Close enough, ebay type stuff).

For the pieces I have, the side scoops are worth it in my opinion. Just have to make your own grills. I could do with or without the wing, although I does look nice. Fitment isn't so great on my wing. Fitment on my side scoops with mesh grill added is excellent.
Cheers,
Skottoman

I just cut the grills off my stock scoops with a razor knife and heat gun. Took only a few minutes.

Skottoman, how are these prices compared to what is available out there on similar grade parts?

I'm afraid i have little to compare to not being an Exige owner myself.

I'm sure there are not 10 different manufacturers of these parts, ESPECIALLY for an Exige. As with most asian produced parts they appear stateside under a variety of brand names. So if there are guys running around with a similar looking wing of the same quality and manufacture process you can bet it is the same stuff of the same origin.

I refer to this stuff as 'ebay' just because i am not familiar with the Lotus-Brandscape. In the world of Nissans there are alot of major brands that people would be familiar with that are simply badging the same products that end up on ebay and charging 20% more.

As far as I can tell, the prices listed here are less than the EBAY versions, and most likely they are all the same manufactured parts.
Cheers,
Skottoman

If you are interested in CF side vents and these are sold, be sure to check out Sector111. More expensive, but well worth it.

My transaction was very smooth - the parts are as advertised and cosmetically very nice; not pure CF, but they are not advertised as pure CF. The scoops I bought are so light that the difference of using 100% CF would be nil I suspect.

Yeah, they probably weigh about the same as the oem scoops, so you're not saving weight, but not adding weight.

If you need to open up the holes in them, use a STEP drill bit. I initially tried using a standard twist drill and it cracked the clearcoat a bit. The step bit was perfect!

Thanks Keith, was a pleasure.

Yes i could have been more specific, i suppose i just assumed that people would know that at this price you wont be getting vaccuum bagged, over-baked, dry weave carbon fiber parts... these are wet-lay

For anyone else on the fence about this please know that i am motivated to reduce these inventories.

For people in the state of texas i can offer slightly reduced pricing because of shipping savings.

If you are interested in multiple items i will transfer any shipping cost savings over to the end user.

Lip: $350 SHIPPED was $375
Wing: $550 SHIPPED was $600

Utterly shameless my friend...

But seriously... people need to buy this stuff, it's stupid cheap... should be the cheapest this stuff is available for anywhere other than wholesale... and even then i'd give them a run for their money...lol

I have some 240sx stuff up on some other forums at shipped prices that are below jobber on the equivalent branded products too...i'm sure there are Lotus parts dealers selling rebranded versions of these parts for much more and jobbering them out at more than these prices too i'm sure. Starting blowing out some 350z parts next week i hope... once its gone it gone... firesale to the max

Still getting pm's pretty steady on these items but not moving the volume that the prices deserve.

If my post count isn't impressive enough to ward of skepticism i am providing links to other major forums where i have similar programs in effect that are working quite well in reducing inventories.

350z Cat-Back Exhaust ($460 Shipped) - MY350Z.COM Forums
CHEAP: Test Pipes, Y-Pipes, Headers, Shifters, Engine Dampers ETC. - MY350Z.COM Forums
$215 - TOPSPEED SWAY BARS (front and rear) FREE SHIPPING - MY350Z.COM Forums

For any guys interested in this Exige stuff get at me and lets talk... this stuff needs to go.

These pieces are going for less on the EBAY site you linked to. Are you lowering your prices below those?

Thanks.
