Wonderful price on the crash structure.. Although I paid about 40% less for the radiator housing from the dealer..

Is this certified to replace the OEM crash structure?

I was under the impression that the crash structure was made of GRP, carbon and metal screen.

Is this the same construction?

There is no carbon in the OEM crash structure, and I also believe the duct mesh is not metal - rather a rubber coated nylon weave mesh.

The price for the radiator housing does seem a bit steep based on US dealer prices, but I would have certainly gone with this crash structure if I wasn't able to find a good used one.

I assume that you are the same party that advertises these regularly on ebay.uk?

Cheers
