the only way i could setup it to do it in the uk would be by doing the ecu mod, not the cluster.
the cluster is relatively easy to take apart, the glue is a light tack style, just be careful removing the needles, and make sure you align them before you put it back together ![]() The simplest way is just to do the dial with the converted kph decal though.

How is your order coming? Did it arrive yet? If that works out, I'll look at ordering that and installing it. |

They told me that it shipped on August 6th, but so far it hasn't arrived yet. But from my experience I know that shipping across the pond sometime takes more than three weeks. It should hopefully arrive any day now. And the amber rear marker lights which I ordered from Lotusgarage are supposed to arrive this Friday, together with the Euro fog light switch, fog light decal and three switch bezel... Too bad that I'm going to be at the track on Friday and won't have time to install the new bits right away... ![]()

For changing the lights, they also needed to get a new wiring harness (part A120M0020F) so you might need that unless you can use existing wiring. |

For that, I was planning to follow Necro's instructions Fog light circut added The switch and pannel should arrive today from Lotusgarage, and I already found the hot wire in the trunk that comes from the switch / relais. I thought that now I just need to find a good ground connection to make this work. But it's good to know the part number in case I need to buy the harness...

I had the fog light installation done at Lotus of Tallinn. The tech said the issue was there weren't enough wires (or circuits?) for the side marker lights and rear fog light, so some modifications were required. I saw on the thread you referenced that early Elises didn't have wiring for the driving lights, so maybe mien is an early model and it's related to that. |

They were fairly quick with respects to answering e-mail. They probably just didn't respond to yours over the weekend... It could well be that you didn't have all the wiring in your car. Mine is pretty easy since it has almots everything already wired. Now all I need it two new inner tail lights and I should be ready to go...

We'll see how accurate the km/h dial will be. They might have just used the out of whack mph one and converted it... ![]() I'll definitely keep you updated.

A quick update. I did hear back from them, and I asked them to just sell me the same gauge they sold to you. It came to 42.82 EUR with shipping by standard post. My company (which is VAT-registered) bought it, so the price may be higher for others if VAT is added. The payment will be wired to them tomorrow morning, so hopefully I'll have the new faces some time next week.

![]() You might get yours before mine shows up. I have no clue how they sent it across the pond, but it sure takes a looooong time.

Based on when and how long it takes then to answer emails, I think the company is small and the owners may do this in their spare time, not as a full-time job. |

I still haven't received mine, and I doubt that I ever will. Last week I sent them an e-mail asking what to do, and they immediately responded, saying that they will send me a second one free of charge ![]() But this time I have it sent to my address in Germany... I think that is great customer service!

Still no gauges so I emailed them today. Turns out they were out of town for 2 weeks, so they gauges will go in the post to me tomorrow according to them. Hopefully I'll have it by the end of the week or early next week.

![]() But I told them to send this one to my address in Germany after the first one got lost on the way to the US. So it might have arrived and I just don't know it yet. It wasn't there when I was in Germany two weeks ago, but I'll be there again in two weeks, and by then it will hopefully have arrived...
