Arrow Mahle Forged Piston's

These are for the 2zz with stock sleeves. These are the only ones i have any information on that are known to be safe to drop right into the stock sleeves. This is for 4 pistons including rings.

$500 shipped anywhere in the lower 48 states.

These come in high and low compression ratio's for both forced induction (9.0:1) or all motor, high compression (12.3:1).

If you have anymore questions or need technical information please feel free to call me at the shop and i'll help you out as best as i can.

What do you charge for labor at your shop?

its really only like 10 dollars less since we ship so many items everyday that it doesnt cost that much in shipping for something like this.

Labor would depend on whats being done, its usually by the job not by the hour for most jobs. Would it be pulling the motor and honing and putting them in or just dropping the pan and taking off the head in the car and putting them in if everything is right in each of the bores ?

I am going away tonight till tuesday, i will be in the shop tuesday but i have a lot of work to get done in the shop on a couple cars so i wont be able to get back to you probably till tues night after i get home from work or maybe wed. but let me know and i'll see what we can do for you.

You should update your site, and put these pistons on there.

If I get a batch that fits perfectly in my stock block after measurement, I think I'll make this my very last mod down the line at your shop. MWR is pushing over 700 hp with just these drop in pistons, and no sleeves on their drag car in their site. I'm still lined up for my friend's supercharger setup. He gave me a ride with his new 10 psi pulley upgrade, and the 10 psi pulley emange tune he did himself on my birthday . This is definetally the best option to run more power, and not have to pay for a built block to drop in...

Does changing the compression rate need ECU remapping?

From what I've been hearing from the crazy guys in Puerto Rico, the high compression pistons (Mahle 12.3:1 and the TRD 13:1) don't need you to change out the ECU for 93 octane, maybe even 91 octane.

Lots of bench racing going on in this thread...

But that's the Celica GTS ECU, who knows what would happen with your crazy Lotus ECU's. But going lower would definetally need tuning. Both setups would see more benefit with tuning anyway as well.
