Although I'm angling for aluminum door panels, any plans to do those in the matt CF?
Not sure which piece you're talking about. Is it the diagonal aluminum structure that separates the driver and passenger footwells?

Yes, there are plans for door panels.

I saw the carbon fiber door seal covers today and they are fantastic.

This is a must have mod for any 05-07 Lotus. They look 100 times better than stock and the quality is superb.

They look better than the 08 plastic too, but I can't justify it right now.

From what I hear these will be priced right. Get on these ASAP.

[quote=knucklehead;1049924]It is from Tony Woo, but I've been told the company name is TWR. Maybe that's what they are using for the US. /QUOTE]

I can think of at least one problem with that name.

Is the Mat finish more easily scratched then the wet finish or the stock plastic?

I still waiting for someone to make a replacement binnacle cover with an extra "hump" in the middle of the top - shaped to allow the mounting of an oil pressure gauge. I, and I suspect many others, would be very interested in one of those. It could be plastic, fiberglass, or carbon fiber, so long as it fit where the stock one fits and had the oil pressure gauge opening nestled in the "valley" between the speedo and tach...

The mat sills pictured have been on my friend Andy's car for at least half a year and don't seem to have any scratches. My guess is it depends on the amount of abuse. My OEM sills have scars on them and I've seen a local Elise owner with someone else's sills with a shiny varnish and his are scratched. All can be scratched if you continuously drag the back of your heel on them or have rivets on your jeans when you get in and out.

Couple of questions on the CF front splitter please:
1) How is it secured to the clam? From the pictures, I couldn't tell if
the splitter goes underneath the clam and if so, by how much.

2) How well does the splitter protects the clam from driveways and speed
bumps?

Thanks.

Edit: Is the splitter 100% CF and not a mix of CF and fiber glass like those from ForceFed?

You will need to drill four holes on the bottom of your clam to secure the splitter. Similar to how the Exige front splitter is attached. As you can see the splitter extends under the cheeks of the Elise. It's not clam protection, but (and this is only my opinion) it's more of an early warning that you are rubbing the driveway.

That's a great price for the door sills!

Do you know how scratch resistant they are? My factory ones are starting to look a little beat up

See post #33
My guess is if you beat up your OEM sills you'll beat these up too. I don't want to make a claim that they are more scratch resistant than the OEM (although I suspect they are), because we don't know.

A possible solution is to see where your sills are scratched. The front means you're dragging your heal the back means something from your pants. BWR has a Lexon protectors that cover the length of the sill cut them to protect just what you need. A patch of starshield would work too.
