The lid is still in the development stage, so I don't have any specifics or time tables to give to you guys, As far a GB it's to bring down the shipping cost on large items to make it affordable for everyone.

If there is one set of parts I would want to change on my Elise, it would be the cheesy grills. Front grills, radiator grills and engine cover grills. Get your supplier to make drop in replacements in the matte carbon fiber and you'll sell a boat load.

^ +1. Also, if they come up w/ a CF rear panel replacement, I'd get one.

I'll ask about the grills.

Phil, I'm not sure what part you are referring to. The panel behind the seats? Or the panel behind the rear license plate?

Coi, sorry buddy I really don't have a clue about which part you're talking about. Phil's +1 was for grills and you have an Exige.

I'd be interested in a CF rear panel replacement covering the exhaust.

I'll buy the grills and the eliminator panel.

Keep in mind that many of us Elise owners prefer the Exige mesh to the Elise plastic grills. Actually, we prefer anything to the current plastic grills. So I'd encourage your supplier to get creative in a solution, as long as they snap right in.

yes to that, someone should just come up with a mesh replacement that requires no work besides the buyer getting it in there. carbon fiber or no carbon fiber

I'm refering to the Elise plastic grills. I hate 'em. I would love to clean up the look with mesh but I don't want to half-ass the job myself. I think a similar matte carbon fiber grill would be way cool.

I guess we are all thinking the same thing!! I hate those plastic grills I wanted to get the Esta CF ones but u have 2 buy the access panels too which I didn't want. I was just about 2 have them painted black so they don't look so plastic.

I'll ask and see if this is something they would be interested in developing. I tried with Serebo1 to come up with a solution, but ended up having SCC do the work.
