Any update on the muffler? I'm interested in combining this muffler with the Larini sport cat (and stock header) on my '08 Ex-S.

A) A first problem is between manifold and kat.
On manifold is not present a flexible and then you have little tolerance to vibration.
The two screws with springs on the flange are not sufficient
to dampen vibrations and manifold surrender, because I manifold must
bear their weight and the weight of kat and in the area of the flange, is too thin.

B) A second problem is my kat 200 cells that reads an insufficient
intervention kat (Error code P0420) from our ECU and turns the light engine.
You have to buy a spacer, but only "KLS by Bonalume" (over 250 $)
and not a spacer any.

C) A third problem is the attack between manifold and kat,
because the tape tends to loosen.
You must install a bolt self-blocking.
However, after each race, you must tighten.
If not closed, loses air, you turn the light engine because the lambda
sensor reads the error code P0171

D) A fourth problem is the collar between kat and muffler terminal,
which loosens, even in this case, you need to mount a a bolt self-blocking.
However, even in this case, after each race, you must tighten.

Despite these "few" problems, the line is sufficiently performance...
But I can say more when I receive the replacement manifold that
will allow me to test thoroughly and finally the line...

INFACT, I AM STILL IN WAITING TO RECEIVE THE SUBSTITUTE MANIFOLD,
but for now Larini not answered?
Waiting for another few days and then I go by my lawyer, because I'm tired.
Two months of hassles and inconvenience and hours have passed another 15 days
for replacement manifold

Wow that looks bad. I called Larini to check on this failure and I guess they are managing through Larini dealer in Europe that Orange bought the kit from.

We have been running the header on our Exige with a straight pipe. It has performed well. We had it on track at our last track day and several members here flogged the car with no issues. I know they have sold many in the UK with good results.

The muffler is now on our car and it sound good. Much like the Larini 6" system.
