New ReVerie Exige Aero Parts

We will have a new front spoiler and rear wing from ReVerie soon. Both are made to ReVerie standards of performance and quality. Prepreg, autoclaved dry carbon. Their products are the strongest and lightest items I've come across. Clearly I am biased but dang - they are still the best bits for our cars!

The front spoiler bolts on and adds better performance than stock without any clam cutting. The spoiler extends to create a smooth bottom and also deflects air from the front tire. The rear wing is a straight version of the curved wing we currently offer. This wing has been proven in track use by many. It is tailgate mounted so no clam cutting is required or loss of trunk space. Frankly it delivers the same level of performance with a different aesthetic.

Both items will provide excellent downforce while still keeping your Exige reasonably civil for day to day use. At least compared to ReVerie's more hardcore options. The efficient design of these parts will also reduce the inherent drag that can be found in poorly designed aero.

We should have them in stock soon.

You should try to convince Reverie to make front spoilers/splitters for Elises.
Right now our only option is APR... Just saying.

+100 !!!

I don't know of a good balanced aerodynamic solution for those of us who track supercharged Elises on Hoosiers.

Any Suggestions ???

Thanks -

Are those wheels 17/18 or 16/17?

Yea but APR is less than 1/2 the cost of Reverie, and they have proven flow dynamic studies showing their aero functionality.

APR uses CFD.
Reverie uses real wind. For what it's worth.

I have the APR splitter with FF spoiler. But I'd rather have a single piece Reverie that would bolt right on. The current Reverie spoiler for the elise is mostly for looks.

No, it is functional. The Elise spoiler was designed by an aero engineer with Renault's F1 team - and an Elise owner himself. I know Alan and this is a properly designed spoiler. It may not be the largest or provide the most downforce but it does work.

Note the bottom of the Elise spoiler has a smooth bottom to manage airflow under the car. None of the copycat products boast this same key feature.

I have talked with Simon about a more aggressive solution for Elise owners.

Well, the actual spoiler might work, but it is not enough to compensate for a 1650mm Reverie wing.

A more aggressive solution for the Elise would be awesome!

i wonder which exige splitter provides more downforce? This new one or the larger one available now.

What's the story with the engine lid? Are they going to make one for tailgate mounted wings?

Considering loads more Elises are on the road than Exiges, Reverie would do well by designing a more aggressive splitter for the Elise. $$$$

+1

Yep! And because Exige owners were lead to believe that their car aero was good (it is poor) very few are willing to spend money to improve it.

My money on a well designed front spoiler/splitter for the Elise that balances the 1650mm wing.

The larger Exige spoiler makes more downforce than this new one. The new one is better for the Exige that sees more street use than track use while the larger is more suited for the track focused cars. This new one is the best compromise.

The vented engine lid? We have 5 on order and they are expected to ship mid Oct. These are sweet and functional.

Sorry to diverge, but why not make a better set of splash shields/mud flaps for the front wheels that actually cover the wheel...these would be killer profitable as we all suffer from this problem
