stellaCORSE wheels on the Tesla

We have been working with Tesla for about 2 yrs to develop some aftermarket solutions. One of these items is a new set of wheels. After showing them our Monolites, they were blown away with the quality. We proposed our stellaCORSE and they ordered up a set to test. We had to build them a special set, at considerable cost, as their fitment is different than the Elise/Exige fitment we offered.

Tesla, their Dealers and customers were very pleased with the wheel. I think it looks awesome as well as it makes the car look even more exotic AND aggressive. I think the silver color would be even better. They have obviously been busy delivering cars so have not yet pulled the trigger on the wheels.

Wow, that looks GREAT on the car. I think it looks nicer than on the Elise.

They look great on the Tesla, even for showing the worst angle of the rest of the car (all the body seams). Would be killer from the cars best angle (front 3/4)

Still probably my favorite Elise wheel.

Imagine the possibilities?

silver w/black wheels looks excellent

they're 5 lugs, which is what elise/exige should have been

I first brought a Monolite wheel to Tesla. Monolites are light but make a wheel look small. The CE28 are great but don't look exotic enough. The Tesla guys felt the stellaCORSEs were the best overall -weight, style & cachet.

We get these wheels from Japan. We'd like to order more BUT have you seen how strong the Yen is? We would have to raise the prices and then no one would buy them. We have to wait until the Yen depreciates BEFORE I can sink that much $ into stella/monolite inventory.

We do have one set of silver Monolites & grey Denags in stock.

ah, that's a good reason. yeah i probably wouldn't pay more than the current list price.

at least you're not getting them from the UK. you only get 1 quid for every 2 bucks

I have been meaning to ask for a while, is there a reason that none of the parts say they are compatible with '08 cars? Even stuff like the bollock which i have been meaning to get for a while. It seems obvious that it would but i feel like you would have updated the compatibility charts by now if it were.

Most parts fit. We need to update the charts. No the Bollock does not fit the '08s - yet. Give us a call to get the skinny on any other parts you are wondering about.
