An awkward looking car from any angle IMHO.

Are these cars silent? I would thing that some kind of sound emitter should come with the car due to the safety aspect(hazard)??

This has been a point of controversy with many hybrid cars (not just full electric ones).

Someone will put an Elise front end on one once they crash it for about
1/10th the cost of the Tesla parts. Of course one of us would likley do the opposite.
To me the only acceptable view on the car is straight on front. The upswept doors and rear view is all mitsubishi.barfing..

Yesterday's weather was so crappy it was hard to get any kind of decent color from my camera. Here's some better shots.

Having spent 6 years in Berkeley/Palo Alto, know all about the weather. However, it is not your camera, it is the dull choice of paint of Telsa!!

I was surprised that the Tesla accel figures were a bit slower than originally stated. Is it due to the 2400-2500lb curb weight?
