Tesla Roadster review by AutoBlog Green

http://www.autobloggreen.com/2008/01...esla-roadster/

0-60 in 5.7 seconds with the single speed tranny. Really hate to say but it's sounding like things are really going downhill quickly for Tesla. Shame, they seemed to have a great idea. Hopefully they can turn things around. As always, good luck guys.

That's with the "intermediate" transmission.

The final production single-speed transmission with the updated power electronics and liquid-cooled motor will achieve the promised 4.0 seconds. Or so we've been promised.
