WTB: 2005-06 AR Elise

I am in the market for a 2005-06 Lotus Elise in the $25-28k price range. I am in central Wisconsin but willing to go anywhere in the lower 48 for the right car. It would be a labor of love. Anyway, here is my wish list:
Requisites:
- Touring package
- Starshield
- Black leather
- No Sport package
- Soft top
- 25,000 miles or less
- Ardent Red
- No accident history

Preferences:
- Hard top
- Matte black powder coated wheels
- Private seller (some states require sales tax from dealers)
- I like other add-ons but need to keep this a cash transaction.

Given that Ardent Red is probably the most common color and you have very reasonable expectations on options, mileage and price...you probably will not need to look for very long.
