Congrats Randy. That Toniq looks cool, and the specs are awesome. I've followed you since the MR2 world (I too had the MK1 and a couple of MKIITs). I don't think I'll be following you into a Toniq and definitely NOT a Boxster! HA!
If a completed Toniq can be had for 30 - 35k, I think it will have a market. The Caterham would sell better if they lopped of 15k from its price. |

Welcome to the Seven world. Although I sold mine for the Elise, I now consider it a mistake.
Driving a Seven is an adventure. Every drive. As a 13 year owner I really miss that. Driving the Elise is just driving a car. A very nice car but not an adventure every time you drive it.

any info about the toniq's chassis?? i can't find anything about what and how its is built...
i have mixed opinions about the styling, could be a lot worse though - its not all that bad. would love to see some real specs on how the thing is built. - pictures of the raw chassis, rear suspension, etc... 30k range could temp me....

Weird to think of you without the Lotus, but great news for ChaseCam.

Congrats to Randy and the new owner!I see this as another step in Randy's pursuit of perfection. But, there's no going back... once the Lotus virus gets into the blood it stays. There just is not substitute for light effecient great handling cars. Cheers, Kiyoshi P.S. When do I get to drive one!!!!
