Becoming a Lotus Owner this year and then having the LOG in such close vicinity has just been an awsome gift of luck!

"what to bring list"

As LITTLE as possible if you're travelling with 2 people in the Elise. Pack Light ! ( BUT don't forget the V1 ! )

The short list:

car washing stuff in case you don't want to use the provided buckets and sponges
if you're doing the Autocross or Track Day, then all the usual stuff for that (helmet, torque wrench, etc.)
sun screen
camera
perhaps a small cooler for the Concourse
$$$ for all of the cool books, posters, T-shirts, hats, etc.

But to answer the question, no I'm not ready. Tonight I've got to tighten the toe arm bolts, get rid of that squeak in the right rear wheel well and wash the Exige well.

I'd save your trunk space Rich. I think Northway and I will have the chips and cards covered for those wanting a game.

Yes bring lots of $$$. I have bought books, posters, cloths, art, several sets of wheels and a transmission at LOG. These days the money seems to flow even faster than the booze. Maybe I'm getting old.

And don’t forget your towe!

Or just bring some more $$$ and use the mobile detail service we'll have at the Hilton garage to wash/detail your car while you do other stuff. That's what I'm doing since I won't have time to do it myself!

Have a safe trip!

Phil

Well, I left my house with the chips and cards. They are riding shotgun as there isn't enough room in the trunk. Now we'll just have extra.

I picked up a few extra dollars at the Chocatow Casino next to Ft. Smith Arkansas last night, so I'll have more to lose!

Hey guys, have you seen the weather forecast? Looks like it should be great as far as no rain and sunny, however the temperature highs will be in the lower 90's and humid all weekend! This is going to be one hot drive to and from Indy.......anyone have working A/C in their car?

If you mean removable roof- then yeah.
Maybe I'll keep my Lotus water bottle in my Lotus cooler for additional cooling benefits.

Should of bought in bulk then did a group buy on cool shirts (where the ice water runs through them) before the event.
