I've add a few more pic to the Flickr link. Here is a sample. Only took photos of the first session of the autox. By the afternoon we did have a damp with dry spots course to run on.

Maybe try ebay . They are no longer made. AFAIK Lotus could not sell the bike for anywhere near what it cost to make it.

The owner gave a little talk about the bike. Lotus built it for a promising English biker. It did so well it was promptly banned from competition. They did make some for the consumer market... but not many.

It was a great speech about the bike. It would be cool to own one, a bit of history that.
I wonder if I owned it, would I dare ride it?

The real racing bike actually appeared in the '92 Olympics and set speed records before it was banned. The example at the WCLM was a toned down consumer version. AFAIK, the racer is still on display at Hethel, and is way more radical than the consumer version. See:

The British cyclist was Chris Boardman. He and the Lotus bicyles - Track version & road version, smashed records and won races. This led to the banning for "Z-frame" bicycles as pioneered by Lotus.

First time post, long time lurk.
I want to thank all of the organizers and sponsors for making the 2008 WCLM such a great event. In spite of the weather issues (we really only had one bad day), the event came off very well. I think the sprinkles we got during the time trial actually made it more fun. I can’t wait for next year.
Here are a few pictures I took during the event.

Just looking at that Noble photo, the ride height looks high. My Noble is at about 4", similar to Joel's.

Yeah, I don’t think my Photoshop skills will ever be good enough to “clean” that one up.

Someone else told me that too.

I need to do some suspension work to the car, I haven't even aligned it.
