Bought a Blackwatch Uni Key from a fellow lotus talk member and when I went to have the key made, I realized I had the wrong keyblank. I contacted Blackwatch with my CC info ready to buy a new keyblank from them and they must have felt bad for me because they shipped one out for free and gave me a tracking number about an hour later. Diane was super helpful with trying to figure out which key I needed.

It is not common these days to have such a pleasant customer service experience with places so I just wanted to publicly thank them for going above and beyond what I expected.
