LotusGarage.com in operation?

I placed an order with LotusGarage.com for some small parts a little over a week ago. Got an email order confirmation but haven't seen anything. Sent an email to see if they have a tracking number but haven't heard back. Does anyone know if they're still in operation? I remember something a while back about ownership changing hands.

I've ordered parts through them very recently, and even though they made a mistake, the customer service was great and they corrected it. They were operation as of last week.

I ordered a few small parts from them a few weeks ago, it took forever because they had to ship from the UK, but I did eventually get them.

Still the best website to see exploded drawings of virtually every part on a Lotus Elise/Exige.

It's normal for Lotus parts to take a long time to arrive, regardless of who you order them from...it seems that items usually have to ship from the UK.

Unlike 12 months ago when dealers and LCU were stocking large inventories of pats, the economy and restructured supply procedures have limited availability in the US. All parts are now harder to come by for our cars.

Is LCUSA going to start farming out Elise/Exige parts to Dave Bean like the Esprit and M100?

Thanks for the feedback guys. The email came from Robert Puertas who I know is a stand up guy. I just figured anything you could actually order on the website was in stock since ther were some parts that were unavailable.
