Newark Tools has great customer service

I ordered some tools from them last weekend and paid for 3-day delivery. It turns out that there was a mixup and they were sent out late and on a slow truck. They sent out a second set overnight that I received yesterday, so I can use them today when Carl comes over to help pull an axle. They are just charging me for the amount I should have paid, and I'll refuse the second set when they come early next week.

They also gave me the option of buying them elsewhere and refusing the shipment, or accepting the shipment next week and they would pay for the shipping.

Thanks, Newark Tools! I will order from them again.
