The One and Only LEO Caravan to VA& B-ham....via TOTD - LotusTalk

Hey Folks

Just to confirm our plans, the LEO Caravan to LOG 29 currently consists of eight hearty souls.

We are coming together in Clinton, NJ and Carlisle, PA on Tuesday May 26. Our first day's goal is to travel to Wytheville, PA to the Red Roof Inn just off the interstate.

On Wednesday we will disembark for Birmingham...with a little side-trip to the Tail of the Dragon. (This will be weather permitting...if the conditions are poor we will partake on the return trip.)

If anyone wants to join our group, grab an FRS radio and send me a PM...then we'll be expecting you!

PS For the second year in a row, NO TRAILERS in the caravan....

If you do end up at TOTD on the return leg, a number of us will be there on Tuesday (staying there Monday night).

I know (yes we have been lurking here)...

We want to drive it when there is less traffic.

But if we go to the Dragon after LOG it will be on Tuesday June 2. Our group is staying at the Wynfrey on Monday night.
