Greetings from Oregon.
Just wanted to introduce myself....i am the new owner of a 05 st. I have been lurking here for about a month gathering information before my purchase. Picked up the car from a kid here locally for a steal at 19k, it needs some work but over all the car is in good shape. I plan on using the car for Auto-x as a replacement for the SM Evo.

yeah, i know the cars history
 the kid took it to Ron Tonkin and they gave him a $6400 quote for repairs so he subtracted it from the KBB price. The car has 23k miles, needs tires,brake job,22500 service and some minor cosmetic work, carfax is clean.

Nice pick up, CreatureKris. Welcome to the group.
If you're interested, Club Lotus Northwest is meeting tomorrow night at MacTarnahan's Taproom. The meeting starts at 6:30p and last anywhere from an hour or two. It's mostly a sit, eat, and talk cars meeting. Nothing particularly structured or heavy. We're a small, informal group. I'm planning on being there with the Exige, but the group has a mixture of Exiges, Elises, Sevens, Esprits, Europas, and Elans. Actually, now that I think about it, for such a small group we cover the marque pretty well. Anyway, come on out and join us. -Brad
