Just got home today from a trip to Phoenix to pick up my new baby. Got it from a fellow Elisetalker, with only 925 miles on it. Passed through Joshua Tree Monument on the way home:

Tom,

Congratulations! Your new "baby" looks terrific, and I hope you had an enjoyable drive home.

Thanks, Brian!

The drive was half fun and half drugery. From Joshua tree to 247 through the mountains to Barstow was great. 99 from Bakersfield to Sacramento sucked. So I guess it evened out.

Are you local to Atlanta? I'd love to see it in person sometime.

Christen (or anyone else who likes the color "Aspen White"), I thought you might appreciate some (or at least one person’s) perspective of part of the recent history associated with it.
  1. The Propaganda
  2. Who wants White? (the poll)
  3. Who really wants white (the poll II)

That white is an AWESOME color. I saw one when I was shopping around and it looked fantastic.. its in my top 3 of color choices. Make sure you:

1) do a nice photoshoot so we can see more pics of that awesome color
2) enjoy it!

Yeah, but try telling the Norwegian bureaucrats that ! I tried getting a small one, but they are concerned that the speed cameras won't see it. Anyway - it's fastened with velcro tape

BTW: Your license plate (on the avitar) doesn't seem so small either. It looks British though...

Boy does that car look good. I guess that it doesn't hurt that the photography is great. I've never seen a red Elise look so good.

Now, which brand of snow tires do you think you'll get?
